No need for coffee in the morning. Starting my long day with a large mug of naval oranges! Best way to kick start my day! 🙂

Regrowing Vegetables Inside
Believe it or not, you can re-grow vegetables bought from any grocery store! Who knew, right?!
Since I’ve started juicing, I have been working on regrowing the lettuce and celery I use. Heck, if I can re-grow it rather than re-buy it, why wouldn’t I!? It’s so simple. Just take the bottom of the celery, place it in a bowl or cup of water (covering almost the entire celery) and wait! In just a day or two you will start to see the middle of the celery popping up!
Amazing!
Below are some photos of the progress of my celery and romaine lettuce. 7 days, 14 days and 14 days in the ground. Don’t they look awesome?!
This is seriously the most simple way to grow vegetables. I can’t believe I didn’t know of this before. I will keep y’all posted as the veggies hopefully begin to grow in the ground! Cross your fingers for no Michigan spring snow!
Happy Growing!
