“Green” Smoothie Recipe

I am a lover of spinach so when it comes to smoothies, adding spinach is a no brainer. So here’s what I came up with and let me tell you – It’s DELICIOUS.

Ingredients

1 large handful of fresh spinach

4 frozen strawberries

1 1/2 frozen bananas

1 cup water or coconut water if you have it on hand

1-2 Tbsp chia seeds *optional

Tips

Be sure to thoroughly wash your fruits if you purchase them fresh and plan to freeze them.

Buy organic if/when possible to avoid harsh chemicals.

*I forgot to take photos but I will try to remember the next time I make this!
